Too much or too little? That is the question.
Actually, it is the question for a lot of things. This is a very good post.

It is important to keep check on over the counter things that are good for us we are not always sure of the amount and obstacles we may have to be careful about. Perhaps it would be better to check with the Dr.

Just because vitamins are important we cannot just overdo it and expect it will work twice as well. That is the way I do ice cream it is so good I have to have just a tad more. Thanks for reading.

Great informative post dear one. i take Vitamin D. here in the Winter
because of the lack of sun but then I stop during the Summer months when I am outside all the time.
Never needed it but has my blood tested after the first Winter here and d levels were down. I was quite shocked.

WEll Justi I take one vitamin D every two days. I don't know if it does any good or not but we have not had much sun lately, Arthur warned me about taking to many vitamins I am not using sun cream and I don't strip out and burn, just take mellow licks of sunny moments if available. Useful information as always. Thank you dear
