If I may speak candidly, I would like to read more about the world around you and happenings where you are, and little things about people that you see everyday in your daily walk. Feelings/emotions are so important, but we all have them, and can do very little to help each other along that line, for all we have are words. We can sympathize, we can pray for one another, we can praise, we can try to be comforting, but in the end, the recipient always chooses what he wants to hear.
