I would really love to do that but it cost a lot of money to do that. I have a building in the back that would make a lovely little cozy place but to be code ready would be more money than I could rake, scrape or borrow. I think it would be a raging success, we are down town and in a lake town where so many people come plus many from out of town that have lake houses here. It is encouraging to have you make the suggestion.

It doesn't take much of an imagination to know that it would be a success with your cooking, Justi! It is the kind of restaurant I would love to frequent too, and the surprise menus would be a treat!

This is so much fun to read.  I know you won't mind if I share this post with Sis.  I wish I could take her there for one of your lunches.  She's going to love just reading about it.

Oh yes there were plenty of dishes a Vegetarian could enjoy..

That sounds like it must have been a wonderful place, someplace my wife and I might like to visit. However, with her being a vegatarian, we would be really taking a chance with that day's menu! Were there any pasta or vegatable dishes?
