The work day can be thrown a little off-kilter when circumstances--like your Dad's hospitalization--arise. But people stepped up where and when needed. Good for your outfit.

It's like any sports team. When certain "players" go down, others need to step up, or else the whole team suffers. Hope you and your dad are doing better!

Just shows and here is a lesson for all those big businesses...if you want
loyalty from staff, treat them right. Your family are wonderful to each other and to your staff and when things are bad, everyone is happy to pull together to keep things flowing. What a wonderful read this is. And you and Dad get well soon.
