It's true that we don't always get what we want but the real happiness in life for me is finding that comfort zone and making it the best we can! Shelly

You're right, we don't.. unfortunate, but true
I used to hope that life was a balance.. that there had to be so much good for all that bad that is experienced. As I've gotten older and older, I know now that that is not true.
If it is true that we only live once.. it would seem to me that a lot of people get shortchanged... many get to live good lives.. while others get to live lives of mainly suffering.
You know how I hate to be negative.. but sometimes I really give up hope on a "good life".. even a "good day" and just hope for a "good moment" here and there.
I know that you are feeling that things are grim right now. What you have to remember is that things are not much darker than they were yesterday.. or the day before... just much more of the same. You know where to find me, sweetie.
