or, it may have something to do with the equanox. I have known that to

Try not eating too much bread, Jeff, gluten. The doctor to me once not to have too much caffeine. Sadly I think it is the accumulation of niggling little worries that are trying to support a larger one. You will probably feel better now the clement weather
is coming,
