Gaining the experiences is indeed much more better than gaining more $$. That's my opinion and what I strongly think of.

Family-connected work, no doubt, is one of the best ways around the work dilemma of a job preferring someone of experience and a young worker in need of gaining experience.

Work situations that are good and fair for all are becoming a rarity,

Nothing moulds us as experience. Good or bad it fashions our acts and thinking for a lifetime. Indeed, the bad experiences ae worth as much as the good, provided we use their lessons well.
