Thank you dear one, they are tedious to do. I am so gratified many of you like them.

Re: TAPS

I didn't get very far with it because I didn't know that you were supposed to clip, or bite the end off of it.  LOL

The snuff perhaps kept me from trying much of anything else. Thank you for your comments. I am delighted you are liking this work. I would love to do a book of them and get it published but I haven't a clue how to do that.

Thank you so very much for such kind words. I would like very much to get this one published after revamping it a bit. I haven't a clue unless I self published and I can't do that.

Yes I guess I was a little varmint. My daddy was a very smart man. He knew when punishment was necessary and when just letting me know he knew and was disappointed in me was enough.

My grandmother was one I could hardly follow in any format. Needless to say after this one I tried less and less.

I too felt the same way about even cigiretts until I was old enough to know much better. I did not begin smoking until I was in my 20s and I have been stopped about 20 years.

Now those things carry power. I bet you too were sick.

LOL! Again, absolutely delightful! I sure hope you'll make these stories available to a wider audience, they deserve it! And as far as that snuff is concerned, you're way ahead of me! I've never, ever tried that, though I've tried most everything else that can possibly be tried...

You are a writer 'par excellence' with your childhood and family stories and oh how I was praying you'd lift that dime bag. Rascally you were too having a go at the snuff. LOL

You little varmint Justi, a lovely story I expect your daddy could see your brown nose and little red eyes.

the old fashioned books always make taking snuff such a sophisticated

eccentricity, you have brought me down to reality. LOL. Poor little girlie, it seems that times were tough and you didn't get quite enough attention as a little one.

Oh my goodness, what an experience! I would never want to touch snuff, either! I remember trying a cigarette when I was 17 and what a horrible experience that was as well! sam

HaHa, that sounds like the time that Rosco left one of his cigars on our mantle and I decided to take it out to the woods and smoke it.

I gotta read the one before this before I can read this one.
