CCT, yes, I agree this practicing at doing very little is well worth it....

And I did get a very short walk in today...

I don't know how Liz does it, but I think she could do these returns in her sleep....

Rumour, last year I'd said, this is the last time I'm going to do these damned forms. But when they keep coming back as agreed, one might think it is worth the effort. Good idea to take it easy for a bit a bit of practice to stand by you in years to come

you need to rest mind and body after what you have just been through

healing takes time and you are doing just fine I do believe. We miss you but understand.
