Sam perhaps we write of what we think we would do, I think Archie will get over it, he always exaggerates a bit, once when he had to have an internal examination and had some gunge pumped up inside him, he told me he went to the toilet 30 times afterwards.

This story is masterfully told! There is suspense and tension from the start, but like the protagonist, one can't put one's finger on it - what's going on here? And then the end, with just a few brush strokes, hits you right in the gut...And you also know that she's lied about that 'strange girl' she says she took in one night...

At least you knew that there was no place and faced! There are folks who know better but let the situation dictate what they do! In college a roommate was in a horrible accident on a tobbogan and the boyfriend stayed with her even though it was evident she was in love with him but it was not that way with him! And I hope Archie feels better soon because it has to be so hard on him! sam
