Glad you wrote this
It is not just that "those are part of the problem", but it is also the apathy of the people. When you do nothing, nothing happens. I once told some neighbors and friends that we should shut the country down for 24 hours. Surely none of us would starve. And what if we did that on a regular basis, political wallets would start getting thinner.

Matthew 9- 23- Jesus Calms a Storm. (Just like the storm in America and the world now)
"Jesus got into a boat, and His diciples went with Him. Suddenly a fierce storm hit the lake, and the boat was in danger of sinking. But Jesus was asleep. The disciples went to Him and woke Him up. "Save us Lord!" they said. "We are about to die!""Why are you so frightened?" Jesus answered. "How little faith you have!"Then He got up and ordered the winds and the waves to stop, and there was a great calm.Everyone was amazed. "What kind of man is this?" they said. "Even the winds and waves obey Him!""Why are you so frightened?" Jesus answered ."
I believe He will calm politics, politicians and Obama too, if he needs to be calmed. But all in His time.
It's the only way I can comment my friend.

We, all over the world as citizens of any country should be able to stand, then we should take the action to stand against wrong. Our country has not done that. Thank you for this comment. Thanks for reading.

Justi - your post and TAPS' post today are saying the same thing: people are NOT paying attention. There is too much distracting entertainment out there, and the politicians are using the crowd's ignorance to do exactly what they want, what is on their personal agenda. I fear there will be a rude awakening one day...........

I am well aware of where Iraq is and the history back to early Bible times. You are welcome any time on my blog to give an opposing opinion, but not for any brash argument. I will not allow angst and ugly or tacky argument which is different than opposing opinions. This post had little to do with an Iraqui geographical position.

I feel the exact same about my own country.....you are not alone!!
I feel so let down just for being a single mother!! the new "laws" and such that has been put into action here and all the new changes affect me and my children!! I never asked to be a single mother- although at end of day it was my choice but it was better than "putting up" and "shutting up" (you know the ins and outs of my life story ha ha)
so much has changed since this excuse of a man "!£$%^&*^%$£"£$%^ argh!! took over here!!
