Naut, I expect the office guys are too young to remember as I suggested if they had offered £50 to those who were free to have it installed it might have stirred things a bit.

JUSTI . Well , I think it is being done with a good intention, but probably if they had said they would pay those who had not insulated £50 it might have been more subtle.

good idea, but their tactics seem a bit like Fascism. WWII, Germans / Russians and others ratting out their neighbors, children telling tales on their parents.
You're right, 'tis almost the season for falling in love with love again. :)

GOOD! YOU ARE BACK! What do you mean people are being paid to rat on their neighbors? I can't believe such. Has anyone checked out the Queen to see if she has had all the necessary repairs done? Sorry that just kind of got to me a bit. I don't like the government snooping on the people. The government belongs to the people or at least ours did before we got this misguided president we have now.
