That can get very bloody and painful, but is usually fairly easily reset unless its shattered...

Sometimes that is referred to as "taking one for the team!" As long as there were no broken bones or stitches, I'm sure she'll be alright. Did they at least win that particular game? It would be tough to take that kind of punishment in a losing effort!
