I am glad things are turning around in your sales. I will pray for your mom, the tough decisions are the ones which give the biggest headache but I believe your mom is doing the right thing even though it may not be popular! She has to be careful about precedence and of course your first point, being fair to all! Shelly

I will pray for your Mom. I faced many similar situations as a teacher and assistant principal. When the political pressure is high, the top administrators close ranks and will go with the student and parent in many situations. It is as though they must protect the reputation of the school by shutting down conflict at any cost! Forget right or wrong, what is right, just go with the parent and avoid a mob in front of the school board.
Help your Mom to keep the faith, her self esteem and to communicate right on the spot. I allowed others to speak for me who double dealed. That is a big mistake!!
