Sprained wrists are more painful than broken ones, they say. You are taking it in a positive way, and that's good!

Sorry to hear that, but I guess you were still fortunate - it could have been worse. That's what I did last Feb, which led to all kinds of probs, which I haven't even finished writing about yet, 'cause other stuff keeps coming up...

I once slipped on the ice and broke a bone in my foot. They put a cast on it and I went back to work and destroyed the cast in about a week which upset the Doc and he put a walking cast on knowing that I wouldn't stay off of it, but it was when I had my business and I had to do what needed to be done. Hope you get better soon and I am happy there were no broken bones...Go Ravens!

I am glad it was not worse! I think black ice is the absolute worst! I fell twice today myself but not enough to require medical attention, just broke my pride! lol sam

It just takes a second to change our day! Glad you're OK and nothing
major but a sprain. I, too, am off track with my back being pulled as I bent over this morning. Doesn't take much to get it out of whack! I think it was a combination of sitting too long in the movie theatre and at the basketball game last evening without a back support.

I have been looking at those straps one pulls onto one's shoes, supposed to stop slipping.
