When I was a boy of 9, back in 1959 I went to the movies with my best friends sister, not as a date of course at that age, but because we both wanted to see the movie. She was black and I am white and you could feel the tension throughout the day and we were just kids, now it would go unnoticed. Dr. King changed America, and the world for the better.

Nice blog, Amanda
There has been progress, but we still have a ways to go to achieve full equality and to remove the stains of bigotry. My opinion.
