Re: CCT
Well you see Naut once upon a time the milkmen started work at aprox 6-7 A:M
Archie joined the crew about twenty five years ago and thought if he started at Midnight
he could finish early and miss the traffic , it caught on as the oldies left, the new guys followed our brave leader.s pattern, So Archie has a good view of nightlife ,

Good luck with the computer bits. The farmer sounds rather unhelpful, piling dung against somebody's house is a little inconsiderate...

For a moment there I thought you were talking of Arthur when you mentioned you had to move the legs on that poor old goose, being a bit slow sometimes (moi, not the goose)...But I'm trying to get a handle on what Archie is doing running around at night, counting rats - maybe it's the four cups of coffee that keep him up...I only drink two of those, and make up for it with scotch...

Re:
He did seem rather sheepish said he would only charge for the materials, he looked like he could do with a new jacket. I obviously will pay him for his labour, so I'll see what happens.

Yes try not to worry Sam no news is good news in this case I think. I expect you have asked his girl friend if she has heard, but they might be on the move all secret.

Better late than never in the moving of the dung and the completion of the cupboards. I started drinking coffee again, with the night work and all, it is really wonderful stuff you know. Life is too short, or the night is too long without it, I think I'll have a cup now.

Aww..poor old goose. I guess the ferrets wouldtake care of the rat problem, but ferrets can be nasty little creatures too. Maybe your handyman was shy about giving you the bill seeing as you had to wait so long?

WOW! I can hardly believe that you finally have your doors on your cabinets! It must feel like a new kitchen! I hope you can share a picture with us very soon! And I think it is wise to wash after unpacking items, we just don't know it may have touched it last! I like your stragedy on keeping Archie out of his moodies, less stressful in the long run! I dislike rats, mice and vermin in general so I know I would run the other way! lol Thanks for your words on my blog post this morning! I get so anxious when I don't hear from him! I would imagine there is lots of work to do to get ready to leave! I would rather he spent the time he had with his girlfriend too! But I had a couple of questions, nothing pressing, that I had hoped to get an answer to before I sent his Christmas package to his house in Michigan! I am delighted you got your doors, just wonderful! sam
