Kabu  Yes and I bet you either sucked the head or bit it off. Liquorice pipes and all those kind of things are not available due to hygene factors. Sticks of marshmellow were handy to bonk kids on the nose and one could eat them afterwards.

I have to agree with Justi's comments on your writing...we love you just the way you are, saintly or unsaintly.  It's what makes us writer's unique, and sometimes eccentric, but, nevertheless, it can spark our creativeness  Keep your light shining my dear friend...may this new year bless you with happiness

Who are those saintly ones, point me to their blogs so I may read how I should write. You write anything you want all who do not want to sign their names after reading will cost you nothing we still leave our click. We love your writing, both the unsaintly and saintly although I strongly doubt there really are any saintly. Happy New Year our dear friend.....

Interesting the way people avoid dealing with other people's mess.

I keep thinking it would be so much easier if we all just said we're  not interested in spending a lot of time listening to an endless recitation of troubles. But instead we follow the code and make up polite (or at least believable) lies to excuse ourselves.
