Thank you Pat I wish it had pink lace it would not be so desirable. It is easy to say things sometimes in a joke that might offend, when my neighbour says to me 'You mean old bugger.' She thinks it is a fine joke, but she talks like that, having been brought up in a rough area. It would look awful in an email.

Oh mine is so perfect it distributes warm steam it is like being in a sauna well once I connect it to the manky mains water. I don't think you could knock a feather off a rice pudding.

One cannot be responsible for other's sadness memories unless the first sadness was a result of this effort and then it would not be a memory but an experience. Write what ever you choose and let us make the judgment. If one is being mean it is different but simply sparking a bad memory is going to happen in many forms and fashions. I wouldn't worry to much about what you write CCT, I have never seen any malicious intent in any of your writings, and I suppose it is like a television, in that one can simply move on if their pain is sufficient to do so.

As far as what you said about writing something that might offend, or have painful memories, that can happen. But, I would think that most of us here on BlogIt, are very sensitive souls, and that it would not be intentional to hurt another. At least, that is my very humble opinion, and my heartfelt intention.

I guess one could just skip on to someone else's post if whatever written brings up too many bad memories, CC. I doubt it would be taken personally, and it's not like your whole blog turns around that one subject, is it? It's a bit of a shame when one has to smother a written piece, especially if it's done well. At the same time, I know what Pat_B is saying too. Was the housecoat really pink??

soaks through a filter before being fanned into the house. That is why it works so well.
Don't worry too much about my trip down under. Wiley will be ok ....if not I shall beat him with a feather.

on a grey bearded guy... There are always sorrows, someone dealing with bitter things, wounds not healed -- sometimes I avoid posting some petty things when I know others are dealing with big hard problems. Seems kinda mean to whine about bumping a toe when someone has broken a leg. Don't know if it's a courtesy or not, but it seems that here on Blogit most people are considerate of their "neighbors."

wondering if it might upset someone with the reminder of a real car accident the might have been involved in during the holidays...it would certainly not be something I would want to do deliberately (conjure up sad memories at any time of year)...
