What a wonderful post Kabu :-)  and good for you to decide not to grow up... My grandmama used to say that one has to grow old unfortunately but growing up ws optional :-)  I also refuse to grow up even though sometimes life circumstances make that refusal very hard to adhere to :-).  Anyway darling, thanks for the smiles your writing brings to me.  xoxoxo

Great picture and a great Christmas

The snow is picture perfect.  Glad it's yours.LOL We are beginning a new 7 year weather cycle.  No snow this year. Temps are 50 and 60 and we will not have much snow this year or probably to much cold weather but lots of rain. The weather here seems to cycle 7 years at a time.  Last two snowing and cold. This year warmer and rainy and then next year colder.

Kabu

Great picture, buy boy, you've got a lot of snow up there! And I hope Mr G (both of 'em, actually, and you as well, of course), steer clear of that skunk...

Your house looks so snug and tucked in...

Daughter in Florida sent a video of her little Yorkie tearing into the Christmas box I sent her. The box was a bit too big, so I popped some corn and packed it into a plastic store bag and tied it. There was little Pez, digging and shaking, and eventually chomping on a big white kernel of popcorn. She loves ripping open packages, so everything stays in a cupboard until Christmas morning. I laughed out loud to see her so excited...

Where does the duck come in Kabu, I suddenly think I would like some ducks as long as they can't fly. Looks too cosy in your little house to venture out. Happy Christmas.

We had snow here, too, which last night etched tree branches white. Then

Blue Jays arrived, in beautiful contrast.

Kabu, hey, send some snow down this way...

maybe email some with that piece of cake....I'll take a green Christmas if we must, but if you can sneak a white one in here, that would be great!...
