It sounds so delicious and the aroma around for hours is wonderful! I think you can go on and on about your stove and I for one will be happy to read how happy you are about it! You stopped by my blog before I got an email from Christopher so I am sharing it with you now! I hope it makes you smile because it made me smile! He is such a funny guy! sam
Here it is:
Getting close to Christmas! We have a real tree here from Michigan. I decorated it and found some lights to put on it. We didn't have a lot of ornaments so I made some out of mini snickers bars that were Christmas colors. We also put some bullets and stuff on there too. We used police tape for the garland. It looks good, nothing like a combat Christmas.

Your cartoon was so cute!

Good Kabu can you make mince pie, I suppose they were made of meat once someone brought me a large cake today so I will not bother to make one. It won't be as much fun but I'll wait and see how yours turns out.

Hmm... I always love home-baked (made) cake. It is always the warmest dessert ever tasted. How I wish I can have a bite of what you baked. haha. Happy Holiday!

Your cake smells SO good! It's heavenly fragrance wafts way over here,
across Lake Superior to N. Michigan. I love the idea of including pineapple.

Because I trust her implicitly,
when it comes to baking cakes, etc., I rely on my friend Betty Crocker. And her cousin, Duncan Hines is also pretty reliable. I may add my own little touches, but I long ago gave up trying to put all the expensive cake flour, authentic flavorings, etc. together because while they tasted fine, they ended up lopsided, side-gangly, and generally unsightly.

Kabu
Sounds great! But it confirms what I already knew: Cooking is play, baking is work! That's why I never bake - I hate work! And the spirits always taste better on their own...

I hardly know how to bake, and after reading how difficult it can be, all my motivation has evaporated. Awww
