What a great thing for you and Wiley. I have wondered if certain people who appeared in a crisis and suddenly were gone were angels. I believe it is possible and God does send them.

Sounds like today's angel pretty much made your decision for you - you're off to see your family in January! I'm glad you found such a person and that Wiley will be in good hands until your return.
