So it would seem that you got away with the smoke or he chose not to mention it! I bet your mother would have been fit to be tied if she knew about it! Your stories are so entertaining, they belong in a book and I mean that sincerely! sam

I've thought I'd get a goat and stake him in various parts of the yard to keep the grass mown. I'm thinking it wouldn't cost more to keep him than it does to hire a gardner.
