Taps about like me I don't know what to say sometimes. You could have said it is always darkest before the dawn. Use a proverb or make one up like a rolling stone always goes over my foot.

This is the second time I've read this today. The first time I didn't comment because I didn't know what to say. Thisw time you are getting this comment because I still don't know what to say excdept that things don't seem to be getting any better.

LOL, here's the rolling pin! Just teasing! The housing industry makes me ill! I read an article this morning regarding an investigation and the consensus was that investors were buying up properties in great numbers and then selling them for a huge profit, in essence they drove up the price. Then when the crunch came they walk away with the bucks and the rest are made to suffer! It contributed to the recession in a big way! So, if it was going on in my country there is no doubt it's going on in your country too! The greed puts such a burden on the one making a living while living on the bottom rung of the ladder as it were! Now, I suspect I could have responded with more pleasant things too so I suspect I shall use the rolling pin on me own head! lol sam
Or a hammere! lol

CCT
It's bad everywhere I guess, prices going up for food and down for houses. I'm glad I can just sit home on the 'puter and try not to think about it all. I'm glad the sun came out for you, too bad ya didn't send us some, it being blacker outside than a priest's cassock and all.

I am afraid this is the same song the whole world is singing, and I don't believe we have got to the sad notes yet CCT...but then the sun is shinning, and the trees are growing, and in a green house somewhere the flowers are blooming and singing us all to sleep...good post, and I am truly sorry I have missed so much lately.

I retired earlier than planned on, thanks to a friendly push out the door, but I think it was for the best...healthwise it certainly was...moneywise, I guess we'll see down the road.
