I am convinced the whole world has gone nuts! Nothing is simple these days
I run into these same issues all the time. It took three tries to get my mail-in prescription completed and in the computer system right! And it was in there ALL ALONG... Good for you for being persistent. That's seems to be the only way to get things done these days. Try, Try and Try again.

Way to go!! I have to fight in the same way for what is rightfully mine within my family, which is worse! In my case it is the HAVES VS THE HAVE NOTS!! In-laws enter the family with entitlement mindsets, which I AM NOT HAVING! Relatives think blood relationship entitles them to joint ownership to ALL that I possess. So...I FIGHT, with WORDS!

Well a good show Justi I am about like you when the gas man said they could not repair my boiler for three days and I explained that I had an old man of eighty in the house and they would be liable if he was chilled. Would you like us to come straight away was the reply. It just passing the buck no one wants to take responsiblitiy

Atta girl, Justi!!! And, like Kabu, I thought of Wiley too while I was reading this. Good for you!! I know things like this are exhausting. It's so unfortunate how lousy service and errors are on the rise....but this time that company met its match!!!

Beware the squatting man!
I got so tired of messing with the cable company that about a year ago, I took back our black boxes and said bye-bye to their multi channels and their $200 a month bill. I have gotten used to just three Kansas City Channels and PBS. I do more bird watching now than TV watching.

Good for you, that is what our Wiley does of course and it drains
him as well. I am thinking that these companies hope to bully you into accepting whatever they want you to believe so that they end up with you believing that they are in the right or that they can somehow wring more money from you.

I hate doing battle with the "big" companies. Sounds like your peristence paid off though. Maybe you should sit back, relax, and watch a little TV.
