It seems to me that your Dad made the right move considering it was two of them working for 5 hours! And it seems that you were able to do your end as well! It had to feel good knowing your father had great confidence in you! sam

No matter what kind of business or employment, being short on help can be disastrous. When I was a nurse, I hated those times when weather or illness kept help from from coming to work and I had to stay for another shift whether I wanted to or not.
