Ah, to be in summer! The drought world wide is so menacing! I read where 2.1 million Afghan are in dire straits due to the drought and the organization trying to get aid to them are 100,000 million short! How devastating for them! And what fun for your granddaughter to have her own catamaran, she must be quite the sailor, too! sam

It would be strange having Christmas in the summer time, but I could get used to it. I think after I get my first millions I shall have a summer house here and a summer house down under. It must do your heart good to see your family doing well. And I just want you and Wiley to know that I think you two are swell people...top notch all the way.

Sounds like so much fun your family is enjoying. I look forward to getting finished with putting up the small amount I am as decoration. Good to read another of your posts.

Sometime's it's nice just to stay in, and have nothing in particular to do...it can be therapeutic, and very relaxing...especially, this time of year, when everything is so rush, rush. Glad you got to catch up with your family, and have had a nice cozy weekend

It is great to be satisfied and happy with the what's and where's of life, but to keep on doing, and improving on, what one loves to do.

They do indeed sound like an active family. I was never into water sports myself. Much like you, I'm hunkered down in doors this Sunday (doing a little food prep for a Roast Chicken Dinner which "B" enjoys so much). It's a perfect Sunday dinner, don't you think - especially when it's gloomy and chilly outside.

Maybe it's just the chilly rain turning to sleet here,
but just thinking of time on a warm sunny beach in Australia makes me feel all toasty...

Hi Kabu no crocs in that pool I hope. Do you know so far we have had the mildest autumn for about three hundred years . It is hard to believe last year at this time it was the coldest for about 70years. That's it I'm closing down now, well I was up at 5 am. So cheerio as I wave you goodbye. Been a bit miserable towards folk today but I shall blame you for telling me I was.
