Oh I know that move so well...
Our Grayson could be his twin. But his favorite trick is leacving dismembered mice remains around for us to find in the morning. You would think he is proud of his misdeeds.

Such a handsome fellow is your kitty... I would not even consider trying to clip Mercy I think she would take flight. However, she is an inside and outside cat, would not do for her to be without her claws. He is precious.

You will have to keep him out I bet he loved the feel of tearing into your new carpet. Are you taking any bets that he won't do it again. Can you remember Kabu when the geese were driven to London wearing leather shoes to protect their feet. Would that be a good idea.

I'm glad you were able to perform the kitty pedicure, before any real damage could be done

Sometimes kitties claws and house parts, legs and furniture do not mix. Because of this my wife will not let me buy leather chairs and such unless we de-claw the little balls of fur, which I refuse to do...What if they need to get away from Mr. Fox, or that darn neighbors dog down the lane? For you, maybe an old black bear...Or worse!

Will Graysome's trimmed claws keep that kitty out of trouble?
...doubtful.

I wonder if Mr. G. will associate the quick claw trim with
his approach to the tiles? He's so clever and smart -- maybe he'll learn to leave the new tiles alone. Or not.
