I love it as a nurse I totally agree and if they do tell any news
they make such a mess of it so that the nurses have to spend hours putting distressed patients back together.

what's going on. Of course, they could have said "We don't think he's going to make it another day", but when he says he is Mr. Norton, they could reply" Mr. Norton? We thought you asked about Mr. Wharton".
