Thank you Sam sometimes people write here to a newspaper column if they think they have been mistreated with astounding results sometimes. We also have advice bureaus which have moderate success. It only takes the stroke of a pen as someone puffs a cigar.

You are so fun to read! The rose has been a signature sign off for me for a long time and I never thought of it the way you did! I am not surprised you did because you are a very caring person and would never want to offend anyone! So nice of you to be nice to Scratchy even though you sustained damage, I would have wanted to kick the bum, too! And, I have spilled coffee too, but when I am on the carpet it seems to hit my sock every time! lol I would prefer the vinyl though! I will be sending you an email but I am going to be drinking some great coffee at Christmas! I can't tell you how much that lifted my spirits today, it was great timing!
Today I got a surprising letter in the mail! It was from the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (federal bank regulators) for an Independent Foreclosure Review. Although I did not have a foreclosure, a short sale instead, I qualify because it was pre-foreclosure as part of the process. I am going to call the company that made the loan and ask them to remove the short sale in hopes of improving my credit so that I can get another house. There is compensenation for financial injury resulted due to errors and the like! And if the mortgage company says no I will proceed with with the Independent Foreclosure Review! I have no idea if they treated me fairly or not, all I know is that no matter what I did or said they would not modify my loan to keep me in my house when I know they could have done that! Time will tell.
