It is a bit of a balancing act FS I swore when I saw how much my Denplan has increased
Some folk hardly notice, others may have the old price stuck in their mind, the service probably clinches it that handsome young man solving any prob.

It's important to pay the bills and have a healthy bottom line and I am sure your father is well aware of it! I like that you included the flexibility because that is so very important! Also, the idea of a promotion makes good sense too! sam

Well thought out business strategy
I think most people realize rising prices are a part of life. It's not such a big deal as long as wages increase too. 'Tis uplifting to read of a father and son in sync with each other.
