Sometimes we are all "grumble-bums" and thank you so much for reminding me that I must bring in all of my yard things...they needed a paint job last year, hope I can remember where they are all hiding.

I like how Pat described this as BlogItville...for that's the feeling that we share, one of caring and compassion for each other.  Just as a small tight knit community or family would.  And maybe to some of those that reside or even visit, that's what we represent...and isn't that what life and love is all about.

I love it here in Blogitville, where we have compassion

for one another, and we accept differences -- even a Gnome is just another villager here in the comments corner. We share our burdens and lighten them, we share our joys and spread the good feelings to all. So glad we were able to find our way here...

Speaking of our Villagers, remember a blogger named Whinge, a darling Irish girl who moved to America with her husband and daughters? Leone and Rowan, all growing up with Irish charm and humor in the New Jersey area. They're on Facebook these days, and doing as well as we could hope, a young mother and her spirited daughters, still bringing a bit of wit and comfort to others. And Dave, too, still reports his treks in the English countryside, and the writing classes he's teaching. I see his posts, too.

Hello Crumble Bun you are human we gnomes understand you cannot be be stoic and easy to please as we pretend to be. As I said to this chap next to me I am glad we have not to put up with the smell of paint all winter. I hope he does not keep complaining about his toe it is only a little chip off the old block.

Hey pain is real and makes for misery, Dear Kabu

No shame in wishing it would go away! Your post is so sweet and caring.

Sweetie I wish you did not have a headache. I wish none of us had aches and pains. I am thankful for all the good and there is so much mainly Jesus, but I get grumbly too. I shall pray that your headach goes away very soon. This is too trivial sounding but I have seen it work. Rub a small drop of peppermint oil on the side of your face out from the eyes and keep it from the eyes for sure.

Everyday I find new reasons to be thankful.  But, like everyone, I find someone to grumble to if I have a headache.

Of course I knew Habbie would not be part of the grumble bunch. Well...maybe a little last night if he watched the game.. My smile has nothing on your smile, sweet Kabu. And it was the encouraging words from Camelot and our other friends in Blogit who kept my smile up when it started to falter!

One of the many good things about blogging is being able to get the relief

so many need, by expressing problems when not feeling well.

Kabuiepie-;)

So happy for you that the headache is gone. Yes, I'll paint the Gnomes when you're away in Australia love. Nice happy post.

Well Kabu, pain is real and there are folks around me who say they shouldn't complain of headaches, but they are REAL and I think vocalizing it at times helps in the relief! Besides if we did not tell others then we would miss out on the good wishes and prayers that are so vital to healing for me! So I say shout it out and get rid of it! I am happy for you that it is easing, and through pain it helps us to reflect and count our blessings as you have said! Have a great day! sam
