I can"t see that chocolate gives you a headache Kabu, more likely you are washing it down with too much caffeine, Yes that's my prognosis and I spelled it right so that is the reason. Although I do extend my sympathy.

I get head aches all the time, I had to give up coffee because of it, now on the graves I sometimes find I need a cup to stay alert (at least that is what I tell myself) now I too am reaching for the Tylonal's, but I take ibuprofen with them, something the Doctor told me, and the head ache is soon gone.

I've had one fun size Twix all week, my headache is partly
caffeine withdrawal and partly a bit of residual nerve pain from the bad tooth. Belgium chocolate is heavenly, but I've trained me to limit. I thought I was doing okay on the diet until I weighed myself after 5 days of eating almost nothing, 3 days of zero but water. I lost ten pounds this week, although I can't see a difference. Hope you feel better and have a chance to get out and enjoy Camelot before the snow blows.

It is difficult to eat just a tiny bit of chocolate.
It keeps calling one back again and again.

As mentioned in one of my recent posts, simmering rosemary herb in h20
can relieve headaches. as aromatic fumes waft through the air. Hope something helps soon.

I dunno, everyone I know and me has had a stubborn headache
the last few days, Dear Kabu. And I normally don't get them. Not fair if it is the chocolate, LOL!
Feel better soon...
