Kabuiepie-;)

Love the red ribbon at the end of the drive, makes it alright I got your hair dryer to you yesterday, LOL Loved your opening poetry and I'm happy we don't have to haul that huge cat cage into the garage again. That little starving boy looked marvelous after his peanut butter diet.

A new season, new ways to occupy yourselves.  There are many worthy charities out there..when a person does all they can, they have done their part.   I often wish I had more to give and could change more.

I always think it's marvelous when a baby is saved from starvation! I truly cannot imagine having it happen to me but my heart breaks for the mother who cannot feed her baby! What a feel good story, too! sam

Kanu

Snow and cold have a special fascination for me. But the heat of burning hunger is unbearable and the irony is that the have-nots have to suffer because the haves have so much to waste. Christmas time should be the beginning of work in sacrifice and charity and should continue al through the year. Both of you are known givers and therefore our salute.

Sweet Lady's heart

Kabu there are millions of dollars worth of good, food and wells for fresh water that goes out of Christian Organizations right here in the states. Salvation Army is known for the greatest portion of what is given them is gone right into the hands and lives of the needy. Shepherd's Purse sends Air born loads, ships full of food, medical equipment and help monthly, Operation Blessing sends money, people to do the work, wells  for fresh water, they have rebuilt whole villages all over the world good medical treatment world wide. Our own small church sends a large medical crew, money, food and people to help yearly. We are small yearly is all we can afford but these others I speak of are constant in both our country and out and there are so many more.

What you speak of is like the fishing cane or the bowl of fish. If one won't fish they will starve because there is not enough money in the world to keep the money making process going that makes this possible and take care of all the ills in the world. Work is necessary too. God bless you lady with the big heart.

That's the spirit Kabu take it on the chin. Snow is beautiful, well it is in Canada we don't want the messy stuff here. Although there is always that feeling of inevitability when the flakes first fall. One can not do anything about it until it starts to thaw. Is that  red garment  a welcome sign in your parts when the gnomes are put away?
