HAHAHA.  My walks seem to get shorter all the time, but I'm not down to that yet.

Walking is the key to a long life - I read that somewhere recently

I huff and puff and try to increase my distance but walking out of doors is really hard sometimes with lung troubles; in doors and/or on a treadmill not so bad.
You go Girl!..:)

Darn! When that's sooo easy, why bother taking long outdoor walks?

Poor old thing, I have warned you about kneeling on the ground. I will now tell you a story  I had something delivered in an envelope it turned out to be a cushion large enough for one knee, so I suppose that was better than nothing one was suppose to use it in the garden.

Anyway I am not going to encourage you to over exercise I would throw that block onto the garden.
