Re:

Hi Sam , It does seem a bit quieter out there now, not much sense in keeping on fighting.

As you say better not to expect anything and then be disapointed.

I know about waiting but house prices are not going up in fact the opposite here. OK I feel huggable.

Re:

My Mum used to give it to us as kids Jay, I take a capsule a day if I remember to do so.

No I could not feel one.

Re: thank you for thinking of my knee friend CC It is stiff but I put cold
Yes I can imagine Kabu done it myself. Elastic bandage? Yes I know, but he seems to have no idea of business, who could recommend him even if he makes a good job of the project.

He's fine now hopefully, FS. Try not to kneel on floors without cushions.

I think the use of crane qualifies for it to be a lampoon! That was just too funny! I am surprised she did not pull you to the ground! lol I think it is a combination of rub and ointment that makes the aches feel better! I tell you, Arthur has you on the run with this heat thing! I like to conserve as much as I can and try to heat the area I spend the most time in, too! I do have gas heat but I have such a time turning it up for I see nothing but $ signs every time I approach it! A blanket works just fine, too! But, when folks come to my house they complain it is cold, and I tell them they know how to fix it and I point to the door they entered! HAHAHA! I have never been a fan of pickled onions and it made my stomach ache when I read it, see, misery loves company! HA! I am glad the bump is healing for you! It seems the older I get the longer it takes for things to heal! Somehow I slept on my arm wrong and it has given me trouble for months now! I did a little research and it said it could take a year to heal! Dang, dang, dang! Everything in my life of late seems to be in terms of year for waiting! The longest one had been for Christopher, but this is November and the most it should be is 10 more weeks~ I hope he surprises me and gets out of there next month! However I am holding on to the mid January date so that I won't be disappointed! here's a hug for being a good man to help a lady when she is down and out with no crane in the area! lol sam

But did she lay an egg CC? My wife has arthritis in her hands something terrible. Nothing she has used has done any good, then some old man told her about cod liver oil. She now takes one tablespoon a day and has no more pain in her hands...she can even open her own soda bottles now. I have never seen such a turn around.

thank you for thinking of my knee friend CC It is stiff but I put cold

packs on last night which reduces the swelling to the point that it is difficult to get the proper degree of sympathy from our Wiley. My arm is stiff too but i shall survive.

Time to get really cross about those cupboard doors...this is ridiculous.

Oh I hope you are better today. Kabu must take it a bit easy too. I don't like having less support in my old age I can't turst my own footing. I remember my little grandmother playing kickball and hopscotch with us kids after she was 70. I do well to keep from falling on the cat if she scoots in front of me. You have a good day!

C_C_T..my knees certainly aren't what they used to be....
If Im on my hands and knees scrubbing the floor or whatever, I need to make sure I have a piece of furniture nearby to use to boost myself up...its probably from all the running I did through my 40's....at least, I hope that's all it is.

Those aches and pains can be tricky to figure out. My father started with AS disease as a kid. It was diagnozed when he was 50.
