Hi Sam no it is not a good idea to glue them. Tried it myself. The trouble is they are made so fine that there does not seem much to hold the lense. When one thinks about it Sam once countries fought amongst themselves and still do. The others fought neighbours and now fight stangers. We shall be fighting space intruders next . When Christopher returns I would advise him to huddle down and make the most of life.

How funny because I have super glued my reading glasses in the past! The ear part stayed straight and I ended up dropping them and breaking it at the point it was glued! lol I love how David has become Arthur! Now he can't give you the business! lol I need to get my son, Mik, moving because I need him to get me a load of horse manure, too! It does make a difference! I wanted to spread it on my lawn so that it would be luscious green in the spring! I haven't decided if I will have a garden next year because at the time of harvest I will be eligible for a mortgage! I would rather be ready to move quickly instead of putting the garden back to a lawn! The other thing is that I thought about gardening in containers! It's a way off so I don't have to decide right now! Christopher sent me an email and told me that it is not etched in stone that he will be home by the 27th of January! This thing is driving me nuts! The President sent an email lauding the final pull out of Iraq! Well, I wrote back and said that it was good but no great shakes since my son is in Afghanistan! It they were all coming home then there would be something to celebrate! They keep talking about a draw down but more soldiers keep getting sent so it means very little in the big picture! I think this planet is big enough for everyone and I just wish we could get along as a world community and enjoy life! sam
