I can understand that - we tend to get very friendly with regular customers, so missing them when we retire or change places is normal, I think.

You do build up friendships over thw years when you're in business...
Thank goodness you don't ever have to retire from friendships....

Of course it is a little part of ones life. It is always hard to give things up. Years ago FS

when men left their workmates many died not long after I suppose It was the shock of not continuing a routine that they had involved them for quite fifty years.
