Well; Justi if you like prayers I will write you in and try and send you some happy vibes.
Obviously you have been working too hard at times and a little rebellion has upset the applecart. I'm sure you will be OK eventually . Sometimes I do work and then feel tired and think well I will just do so and so, but I am going to say no. Take it easy. Never too late to learn.

Ah, Justi - you are lucky to have an alert and caring doctor, so please do listen to her and take care of those health problems! I like the humor in the descriptions you have posted, but in reality it is nothing to joke about! Take the time you need to get well, then spring back in here like the feisty lady you are!!
