Nice comical verse...the cold and damp do not set well with me either.

I'm not sure I am that excited for winter! Loved the Haiku, too! sam

It is strange how some areas need rain (Texas) and others have floods... We are about in the middle. It rained last night and today a little. I can tell you like snow

Fun read.
It's been dry here for quite some time now, but I'm not complaining.  The weather is lovely.

Great work, Dear Kabu!
The verse flows perfectly.  We have chilly morns and evenings here, but endless sunshine, clear skies. I'm sure we'll be paying for it, lol.

A light coating of snow...

but no extended cold spells, no blizzards, no being stuck indoors for weeks, and that would be okay. Also, no tornadoes like we had around here in the winter and spring. If that's how you like it, then I'll second your vote.

Cute Kabukihaiku...

I can never understand Haiku. So I expect it is good I suppose it is to do with the Fall Mummy. One Winter you jumped into the snow and had your photo taken. You did not have your porch then, Wiley wore a black leather jacket, but I think that was last year. I have still got mine but I have never worn it, well I don't want it to clash with Wiley's obviously. I cannot think of anything funny to say today I will reveal the deadly secret of the potato spell. Good thinking Albert.
