I had not anticipated the twist and that the two were old and widowed. I have really really enjoyed the write and your storytelling style.

Yes a lovely story Kabu. Perhaps we should write as much as we can before it becomes too tiring. Perhaps yawn, yawn. No matter.

Oh my goodness there is always the next day after birthdays, Christmas and all those especially wonderfull days then normal sets in and it too is good, just different. Love and bes wishes.

I was sympathizing with them trying to get up off of the ground.  One day I was walking around the side yard here and stepped in a little grass-covered hole and it threw me to the ground.  I wasn't hurt, but I couldn't believe at how clumsy I was getting back up with nothing to hold on to.

This is the perfect ending for the story, I feel. I love that the change is temporary. That adds a different dynamic.
