Thankfully the hurricane season is coming to an end with just a few weeks to go! And I quite agree with that that was a lot of activity in a short span! It was good to read that you were not harshly affected by it all! Amazing how the convenience end of it can be so busy, but it happens in my town too, especially when the threat of snow is looming! It was a smart move on the part of your Dad to seek adequate shelter, one never knows when a storm of this magnitude can suddenly change its course! I hope it remains calm for everyone! sam

it was a scary time and most people took good precautions
we are always stocked up on food here because we live out of town.

That was one good thing to miss out on FS it is funny how folk come back and want their cars clean again perhaps it is to get back to normality. The human spirit surviving sort of thing. I guess some will not want extra goods for a while.
