It is sunny here
- let's call it a pre-spring day, and I will send my thoughts to you both and your dear niece.

Yes, cancer seems to be all around us. No one is immune to it. Sending prayers of healing to your niece.  I hate to see people suffer.

the trials on the road to recovery can be harsh ones, but I am sure she will be ok in the end.

It is a shame to lose one's hair Kabu, but one has to endure it to survive hopefully

Dear Kabu I so feel for you. I am sending you hugs, love and prayers. I hate the C word. Shall we all pray the C word dead in all people. Pray the people are healed and live well after. God bless all of you.

One feels so heartbroken when a loved one suffers serious disease. I do hope that with good care, she will recover well. I know the feelings you must have. Over the last weekend my son was hospitalized with a life-threatening blood clot in his leg. He's receiving meds to reduce danger of the clot moving to heart.

I hope you can email your niece and send her jokes every day.
Laughter's the best medicine and helps someone forget the crappy after effects of chemo. Keeping my fingers crossed for her, and sending you a big hug. So sorry to hear of this.

Kabu, I'm sorry to hear this about your niece....

Will be praying for her, for sure....(chemo is so hard on a person its almost as bad as the disease)

Meanwhile, I think we'd all be better off if we learned to live like Charlie Chipmonk, one day and one nut at a time....
