I would agree on the uniqueness of the day being what will drive the customers in, no pun intended! I think a range would best serve the business, too! I am certain all convenience stores do well on hot days because I am one to grab a drink on that scenario, too! Man alive, 107 is too darn warm! We had 102F in the desert yesterday and thankfully no humidity or it would have been unbearable! Stay cool! sam

Well I guess I look at the sky and if it looks like rain think no use getting a clean it will all be splashed again soon. I wish salt was not used and a substitute found I'm sure it gets into places one cannot see. never mind FS nothing is easy these days but it is better than being behind a breast plough.

yea with my son moving to canada he has been warned of how bad the salt is to the cars, so he will be doing something with his car, who knows

i did notice up here that the car wash is very quiet with it being so hot.
Winter time we use it as do plenty of others.

Weather is always a major topic of conversation over here. it can vary within a couple of miles, and is never the same two days running.

Hot days impact other businesses, too. The Schwan's delivery guy said that was why he was out of the frozen chocolate yogurt I requested.
