yes Justi and the 'heat' doesn't help hide the abnormal flush or flash - the vapors LOL - is what an elderly woman had me name them a time ago.  It's Good when you find a GOOD Doctor.  One that will take time and really 'notice' - pay attention to 'symptoms' - Ah - potassium is important and I'm glad you had your check up, my Lady ... xoxoxo Connie Elyse

Mindalicious:
Hi Sweetie, I am fortunate. I told my doctor I ate a lot of bananas and the reply was you would need at least 40 per day to keep near level. There are lots of good foods that have potassium. I do try to eat many of them. I have a low level of potassium normally but sometime it goes berserk. So good to see you.  I am going to read you now.

You are so lucky to have a great doctor that is personally concerned about you! We don't get that here...its like they just want to get the diagnosis over and done with and thats the end of it! Will tell you in my blog about my misfortunes soon.....
Do you eat bananas? You should because that also contains a lot of potassium....will also add that to my blog eventually....having a bit of difficulty posting stuff....too busy....

C.C.
You better get a check up right away. Ask Uncle Albert if he ever has such an experience. Oh no don't get potassium for this. That is to stay alive. Have a wonderful day without "Hot Flashes".

LOL - I bet many of us could write whole posts on night apparel...or lack thereof! I still have those hot flashes - one of the reasons I love winter!! A good and caring doctor is important, Justi - so happy you have found that gem!
