Re:
Wait untlil you get an almost invisible hearing aid E.E. I think I will get just a cheap pair for outside these were designer glasses and cost a bomb, but the old girl only had good ones or big owl type ones to wit a whoo. Yes it was a good one I don't think they can drink these days.

CC how you do go on... adored the writing - but oh, do be careful with reading versus sight glasses. You know when I get in a hurry, I place mine - sometimes both sets on top of my head...that way I have either or. Good Port was it? E.E.

Re: If you tipple on the Port too much you may topple down again
I don't think I can go far wrong with one bottle Kabu well as long as I make it last a week.

I know what you mean on the two of everything! I am so sorry for the ado you encountered! But the poem was wonderful! Now I hope you enjoyed the port! It has been chilly in my neck of the woods, too! sam

Re: I was tripping over stuff and dropping things yesterday...couldn't figure
Well you are organized Ariala. Perhaps it is the dropping and tumbling season. Yes thank you I will examine your plant I like Clematis but they do tend to get the blight here especially if the roots dry out.

out what was going on. I wear one contact in one eye because I had laser in the other...however, when I'm not wearing my contact, I put on reading glasses and keep three pairs around...one at my computer desk, one in my purse and one at another desk I used. The joys of getting old. (By the way, stop by Life According to Ariala and see the Clematis photos I posted.)

A warning be careful you do not fall over. I have tripped over twice yesterday and today. Yesterday the ground was slippy and I tripped over a hose pipe and landed in some stinging nettles. Today I could not find my proper glasses and foolishly wore my computer glasses I was carrying pots of flowers and tripped on a step. This time it made me feel dizzy, but I was wearing a thickish coat as it was a bit chilly. Perhaps it was the glasses, so I sat down and read a book for ten minutes. I found an old pair of glasses with one arm which I only paid peanuts for and thought I shall have to book an appointment for a check up. Now I have a problem the optician I go to does not have a good selection of glasses, but I have been to her for years. My brother says go to Specsavers and get two pairs for the price of one. It seems as one grows older it is better to have two of everything as things mysteriously vanish and then turn up days later. Perhaps I was jumping the gun I found the lost glasses on the floor in the computer room so I shall postpone the appointment and hope my old optician retires. A kind lady neighbour has just giving me a bottle of Port I told her I did not want anything for some bedding plants, but she said, she felt a bit mean not giving me anything and I told her not to be silly, I think I will have a glass for luck.
