I sure hope your twinge goes away quickly. One does not need back trouble when they have so much to do as you. I wish I could give you a good back massage.

Thank you friends this is a pink with a musk perfume I am growing them in pots in an old greenhouse 40X10 I have covered it with a sheet of strong polythene and left a space in the middle to stop condensation. One or two will be old Victorian pinks and varieties like Grans favorite I actually think they look better this year as I took cuttings as they were available Their is nothing like a young fresh plant, I have one blatant fault I always lose the labels but it is quite easy to tell them from the catalogue, I think. I am trying to do close up because one cannot see the difference in the blooms from a distance. Would you believe I have a twinge in my back I levered two gooseberry bushes out of the ground this morning as they looked in ill health I tried to do it carefully but the roots were quite deep and as you can guess it is not a good idea to grasp a gooseberry bush with bare hands. They had thousands of berries but they were all tiny I hope I did not mutate them with weed killer. I only use one that is harmless to everything but weeds, but it did dwarf some small ash trees.
