Good employers attract good employees!
A wonderful balance going there; if only all businesses would understand this. Enjoyable post, FSI; I am reading back and trying to catch up on your entries...:) Your writing is engaging and interesting.

Harold sounds like a great person, and not just on the job....
To take his parents in when they needed help shows care and concern on his part (and of course, love)..

Yours is a firm that treats folk as individuals it is really great, I am glad that you follow in your Dad's footsteps Even if you do not do the same thing forever. I must thank you for the comments you make on my blog. I try not to answer each on site as it does take so much energy, but I will always answer questions, my problem FS. is old age. Which I try not to think about.

I think caring for aging parents (be it a son or a daughter) is a reflection of a decent, loving, and remarkable person. It takes a great deal of time and patience. Good on ya, Harold.
