Well Kabu I love hearing about your garden. We live in an upstairs flat in England with out a garden and so all your lovely tales about the little creatures that visit and your little cat is always enjoyable, so I hope you don't stop... :)

It looks fabulous, Kabu. Can I come and join the party - and view your garden at the same time?

Looks like a party to me!
Crows playing jokes? No, I wouldn't write about that either. How funny.

Not very refined are they Kabu? Gnomes, I refer to. I don't think they will ever change, but please do not encourage them. Perhaps you will show a nice picture of your peonies. Thank you for your kind comments still trying to blow my balloon up.

Kabu
I didn't know the Gnomes drink! That definitely increases my sympathy for the rascals! But it also means I will
never have one near, lest he gets into my own supply...

I love reading about your garden. Actually, I am quite fascinated with gardens and especially those loved by their owners and well kept and enjoyed every day. There is an old man across the way, that I watch from my porch--not because I am curious about him, but because I can tell he loves his yard and gardens. He works long and hard, day after day, and I enjoy his work results so much.

Sounds like someone is in a wonderful mood today!!! Glad you didn't mention your garden. Do you believe it - it's still raining out here on the West Coast?!?!?

Haha, great shots, Dear Kabu - the BL is a hoot!..:))
I am glad you mentioned all that - really enjoy the way you so generously share your delights. Due to my health issues, working outside in soil and under the sun is not something I can do much of nowadays, so reading of your garden is wonderful. I do have several lovely flowering pots, ready set. Just about every shade of petunia available plus a creamy white lily. I can see them on the patio surround from my kitchen and when it is later in the day, I can sit outside and be "closer" to them..:)

Oh I am laughing my bottom off. This is the cutest post in some time. I love them all but this one is so special. Look how fashionable the BL is looking these days. I loved hat happened in your garden today even if you didn't tell me. You better keep the water hose close there may be trouble out of this bunch. LOL

Kabu, the BL looks like she's right at home in the middle of things....
I bet she "cut a rug" quite well with the gnomes....and isn't it interesting how crows can mimic the call of other birds...if you could teach that crow to mimic the call of the BL, you'd really have something!..

....(like a king-sized migraine..

It is a pleasant healing excursion
to stroll through your garden and your writings, and share in the life you and Wiley are making together, with your other friends... the fur- and feather-bearing, and those in the bottom of the garden...
