Our power went out during the night. I don't know why. As far as I know we didn't have any storm. But this morning all the clocks were blinking to be reset.

That's something else. Glad it not worse, even though it was difficult. Glad to hear the sun is shining now. Yes, Alabama has been through something terrible, that monster tornado looked horrible on the news and the one in St. Louis.

We rely so much on electricity, it's difficult to go without it, even for a short time. We have five kitties. As long as they get fed & are paid attention to, they couldn't care less about the weather or anything else. Glad you & Wiley made it through. Having each other makes a difference.

We had a bit of wind down here as well yesterday, but we have these extra-strength Southern Ontario power lines because we're practically next door to Hydro One, so we don't have to worry about lack of power. But we
do feel sorry for folks in the sticks, who are not so blessed...

Oh you poor dears. I am so sorry. We have temperature in the high 70º and low 80º during all this it would be much more difficult if it were cold. I am glad you are fine. This is an incredible year in so many ways. Be blessed in the Lord you two lovely people.

glad to hear you came out o k .
what a crazy year we're havin ! Last week we had fires on both sides of our place, this week tornados and SOFTball size hail that went right around us and hit Abilene. So, while we're to far north for a tsunami, I am preparing for an earthquake ! thanx 4 the comments on "love letters". will add a few more in hopes of persuading Marta to partner up again so we can finish the series.I had to go back to Duke for my final treatments, so now i'm back again. missed everyone on Blogit. have a gud day, stay safe.........
